tq77's Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tq77 platform and all its services. "tq77", "we", "our" refer to the organisation operating this platform, and "you", "user" or "player" refer to any individual registered on or using the platform.

1.2 By creating an account or using the services on tq77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use this platform.

Identity Verification

2.5 tq77 may request documents from you at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions on account activity. This process is essential to ensure a secure and transparent service.

3.1 The minimum deposit amount on tq77 is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.2 Approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions via any other method are not accepted.

3.3 Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification or security-related checks may occasionally require additional time.

3.4 All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited into the account are intended solely for use within tq77's services.

Deposit Terms

3.5 You may only deposit funds using your own name and your own payment method. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected may result in the relevant account being suspended.

3.6 tq77 reserves the right to refuse processing any transaction that appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

4.1 tq77 offers a welcome bonus for new players — a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits or conducting any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

4.4 tq77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. The final decision on bonus matters rests with tq77.

VIP Programme Terms

4.5 tq77's VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). tq77's decisions regarding VIP benefits are considered final.

5.1 All bets and game transactions on tq77 are final. In the event of a service disruption caused by a technical error, tq77 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the funds to the account.

5.2 For sports betting, bets may be placed on markets offered by tq77. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned.

5.3 Any bet or win resulting from exploiting a software or system error or fault will be considered invalid and will be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

5.4 The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in account termination:

• Placing bets using any type of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Using another player's account or sharing your account with others.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
